any idea what spider this IP belongs to?

Hi Guys,

first post although I've been lurking for about 6 months. I just saw this IP (64.210.196.195) request my robots.txt file (with no UA) and then request several pages of my site (with the UA - Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows NT)).

does anybody know who this spider belongs to? I did a tracert and the IP didn't resolve to a name.
