Up to date list?

Hi,
Does anyone maintain and post complete list of their Class C's and User Agents?

I'd like to see a complete list of SE Spider Class C's and User Agents, but I can't seem to find an up-to-date one.

A lot of the lists don't have User Agent info... I have not really found a good, complete IP list that has the User Agent for every IP. One of the problems is that things like that change so fast.
