209.73.162.133 Scooter-3.2 tried to grab /kjhgdkjhf1goifj2lktjelj34knfhjguih8bbj/index.html which doesn't exist and never has done so i guess it's kinda broke.
64.152.75.141 Scooter-W3.1.2 (machine name appears to be trek15.sv.av.com) grabbed my CSS files. i don't have anything to hide on this site so i don't mind it being open. if i find a need to hide CSS files i can move them to ../xxx.css. this spider has hit 255 times this month on 57 pages.
has anyone worked out why altavista needs all these different spiders when they don't bother updating their index? are AV intent on running so many spiders that they slow the internet down and make it unusable? i don't see any other reason for their continued excessive spidering.
