I've been looking for a solution to my reporting problem. Currently, I'm monitoring multiple ads through Adwords, Overture & MSN Adcenter.

Right now I download csv files which I then import into an excel file with multiple sheets for each PPC program. I'm using OpenOffice's Calc to create xls files. Once I have all my reports together they have to be emailed off to different sales heads.

When all is said and done this is a pretty big undertaking and I have to do this every week. My question is, is there a better way to compile this information for reporting purposes? Is there software out there I can use to help with the reporting side? What I have is working now...it's just more manual than I would like it to be.

I'm running into the same thing with the hosting company that I do SEO work for. Up until now all of the client accounts I worked on were just for organic results.

Now that the company has a client that's doing AdWords, I have to keep track of that.

The owner is looking at ClickTracks. We went through a conference call/demonstration with a ClickTracks sales rep today, and the program is really impressive.

It's also really expensive ($4000 a year, I believe). But you can do all of your analysis in minutes.

If someone who's currently using ClickTracks would like to post about his/her experience with the software, I'd certainly appreciate it.

The only problem with that is I don't think this company will pay that kind of fee. I'm toying around with a PERL script that is supposed to pull the tables that I need from an excel file, but again it is a pretty combersome process. Thanks for the advice.
