Hello

I am looking for a good SEO, I had hired a company that got me on a yearly plan that now has expired; however, my site is still far behind where it should be. I don't want to get stuck another year with somebody that cannot help me.
Any suggestion on how i should tackle this problem? Thnaks

Look at SEO's homepage.
Check the Google Page rank for that SEO's site.
Check SEO related keywords on major search engines to see where that SEO's site you wanted to hire fall into, Top 10, Top 20,...?
Many Tom, Dick, & Harry today are claiming to be SEO. For the past 1 year we have seen many of them. Every Tom, Dick & Harry who just started their web site less than a year are claiming to be SEO. :D

That is not all...
