For all its problems, Alexa may be your best bet for site traffic. Don't take their rankings TOO seriously however.

As for popular keywords, try searching at a popular search engine or two? Funny how often that works. ;-) Hmmmm, let me see. How about a phrase like, I dunno ... "keyword services"?
