one thing make sure your website has meta tags. also submit them to the search engines only when you have a lot of content.
just dont give up (as i wont, may be ranked but revenue has not increased much) and keep trying. hopefully in one month you will be saying the same as me.

televisiontalk - You're giving some very bad advice.
Meta tags have very little to do with ranking on the major engines.
As for submitting to the search engines, note that the submission forum at WebmasterWorld has been deprecated. It's not necessary to submit to the major search engines any more. The engines will find you via inbound links to your site. If you don't have any inbound links, chances are that you wouldn't rank anyway.
i "jumpstarted" my site by hitting the biggest forums and posting it up on there.
And dropping links on forums like this one are likely to make you a very unpopular fellow (I see you've made a good start here), and they aren't likely to help you rank on anything competitve.
