Foreign Yahoos and Googles Submission

Do I need to submit my sites to foreign search engines and directories like Yahoo France, Google Canada etc?

And is it necessary to keep re-submitting your site to Yahoo and Google every few months?

No, once you are in Google and Yahoo then you are in all them all.

You don't really need to submit to Google even once. If there is a link to your site on an existing website then it will find you. I think the same is true for Yahoo - but it is a strange beast and may or may not index beyond your first page.

Cheers, thanks for that information. It will save me a lot of trouble having to submit to all those foreign Yahoos etc.
