I have my website hosted on my free webspace. I have my ISP domain provider automatically link to this free websapce, lets say www.example.com. When you log onto www.example.com it shows www.example.com on every page in the URL even though you are actually looking at the pages behind by the free ISP.
Would this stop the robots crawling, as currently G has only picked up my Meta description within the search (which I have provided through my ISP). It doesn't appear to have picked up any content of the index page or further in, and its a very sinple site.
Thanks, regards
Shaun

Hey Shaun,

You may want to switch to a hosting company if this site is a source of income for you.

This thread has some relevant information:

Sounds like your site is framed. The SE's can have some issues with framed pages depending upon how they are constructed and what is done to make them visible. There could also be general crawling issues related to canonical pages, or shenanigans elsewhere on your shared IP.

Bottom line: We could make an effort trying to sort out the exact nature of your problem, but if you care about your site being spidered effectively and well featured in the SERP's, you should strongly consider getting a new hosting company and perfereably a dedicated IP. It's pretty cheap these days.

Thanks, I've taken your advice and gone for the easy route and have brought some web hosting through my ISP, it works out a little more expensive than I am paying for all the 'add ons' but hopefully will spider how it should be done.
Thanks
