Doorways pages/sites hosting

Hi Everyone,

I'm new at this forum and have found few discussions to be very helpful.
But, I am still having a bunch of questions regarding doorways techniques.

I'm working on a site that will offer free software products to its visitors, based on a wide range of themes and categories (approximately 100). The site will be hosted on a dedicated server.
I'm currently creating 100 doorways sites (5 pages each), since I understood that SE's don't like single page sites.
Each site has about 100 links to every single product page on the main site.
I am planning to host these sites on some free hosting service.

After reading the forum, I realized that there are few alternative ways:

1) To host doorways pages/sites on free hosting services. (http://www.freehost.doorway1.com/ etc.)
2) To host doorways pages/sites under main site domain name (www.mysite.com/doorway1 etc.) or using sub
domains (www.doorway1.mysite.com). I am afraid, that some SE's may consider main site as a spaming.
3) To host doorways pages/sites under a different domain name on the same (my own main site) server.
(www.newsite.doorway1.com etc.)
4) To host doorways pages/sites under a different IP on the same (my own main site) server.

I will appreciate very much your Cons and Pros for these techniques.

Another question: which software do you use for submitting doorways and checking SE position process.
I suppose that submitting 100 links (doorways) manually and then checking their position in the major 10 SE - might be a full time job without some automation (I forgot re-submitting permanently).
Is there any soft that allows submitting and track 100 link simultaneously?

Thanx in advance
