hi guys im new here, have had my site for about 3 years now and for the life of me i cant get the page ranked any where in the top 5 (PAGES NOT EVEN SITES LOL) its a sports related site and as we know there are a milion and one of them.

im sure there are ten posts just like mine daily asking about how to get their page ranked higher and how to generate more traffic but sorry for adding to the bs.

i added the google sitemap and didnt seem to help much with the big keywords i still show up in the 10th search page (if im lucky)

coudld you advise what i need to do or what helps etc etc
