New Site Up Soon - Couple questions

New company site to go up soon...

I have a new company that I am starting with a good friend...I am building the web up and would like some opinions on a couple things...

1. I know of DMOZ and a couple other directories, any others i should submit to?
2. We want to get the site up soon so our current customers see it and any other new clients, but will this affect SEO if it is not fully ready yet?
3. Any good ideas of tracking software to use that is low cost (low budget at hand)?
4. Finally, if you have any other tips for a start up company that will be doing service based work...I would appreciate it!

1. Yes submit to as many directories as you can.
2. If the site is of a high enough standard to put up, then just upload it and start promoting it.
