The options I am considering are:
Keyword rich content
Inbound Links
Outbound Links
RSS Feeds
Was wondering what people thought and which order they would put their concentration in (Can't do them all at once).
My site sells products for a somewhat specific niche market, I added "some content" to go along with the other stuff (helpful info) and am adding some more.
My 2 cents: Get enough content to make the site functional/useful, then split time for a while between more content and links. You'll get a feel for it as time passes, since there is no right answer. Once you get enough links work mainly on content.
Look at your logs. See how people are finding you. Build more content with that in mind. Then get more links. etc.
There's a lot of talk about RSS right now and it can be a panacea, but you should try to get the goods on your site first. If it's not happening already, the almost artificial lift that feeds and blogs bring can be short lived. Eventually, you have to feed the beast. ;-)
