Search on "authority hubs" here at WmW, and Google seems to surface the most, but which engines -if any- are factoring in any type of "authority" besides link count (links in or out)?

I don't really know since I'm not an "authority" on this but I always thought AV and Fast were on the same vector as Google with this.
