When you link back to your home or index page from other internal pages of your site, do you name the link "home" or do you use keywords or a combination of the two?

I generally use the title of the home page which is also the name of the website.
And for most of my websites I also use a logo that works as a link. Just like WebmasterWorld does. :)

That is what I have been doing too. I also link both to the absolute url. I was including "home" with the text home link along with the keyword but I think I will just use the keyword without home. The keyword is the name of the site and the name of the domain name. Just wanted to be sure its an ok thing to do.
