Repeating links menu at bottom of page practice

Safe or not?

I have some pages long with enough content so I'm putting the same links menu that is located on top of page, at bottom too, so users don't have the scroll up to keep navigating.

Is this good or bad to SE?
May this be considered some kind of spamming attempt?

I have used this technique on most of my sites and AFAIK it has done them no harm. Any number of sites do this so it is probably OK. You may even want to consider using this as am additional SE opportunity by changing the text on the page bottom links (if your site context will support it.)

So is very useful not only to navigation but also for anchor text richness it seems...
