Using software to generate traffic? Does this work? Is it legal?

Does this software really work and how does it work?

Hi everbody:)

I have a few questions? Hope you can answer them.

Q.1. Any of you use software that automatically generates traffic? It is the type that allows you to use the "click" for traffic without having to actually sit all day clicking for traffic. It does this for you allowing you to generate traffic to your site. It states that all you have to do is plug in your start pages. Anybody use this before?

Q.2Does it work and how?

Q.3. Is it illegal to use this for generating traffic? Will i get banned?

I'd like to use it, but only if it's legal to use.

If you're talking about a start page exchange, software that does your clicking for you is flatly dishonest. Don't even think about it.

Even when everyone is being honest, start page exchanges are seldom an effective way to promote your site, because the only people who see your site are other webmasters clicking to earn return visits. You need to find ways to promote your site in the real world if you're going to get anywhere.
