I'm building a site with a navigation column along the left side that includes graphics links and a body of text to aid in navigation. The text is crammed with keywords but still helpful to visitors.
My concern is that this column displays on basically every page of my site (about 30 pages), and for product pages that include little text, this would amount to over 50% duplicated content.
Could my main page or the entire domain be penalized due to this?
