Only 2 or 3 Pages Indexed

I recently launched a new website that has roughly 100 html pages in total. The homepage and 1 or 2 others are
indexed in Google, MSN, Yahoo...but the other pages don't seem to getting 'crawled' by the search engine bots.

Any ideas/explanations? All the page are linked off the homepage and the design is very SEO friendly. Maybe it's just that the website is still so new? Only about 3 months old.

Are all of the pages linked to from all of the primary pages? Are you also linking similar pages?
