How do you get your website picture up? I noticed that the bigger sites have their pic up. Is that automatic?

I wish <bg> (yes our picture is there, we currently rank about 32,788th). There is an option to update the thumbnail and description.

As far as I know you have to be in Top 100,000 before the image spider visits you.

If you go to the bottom of your page's listing, you will see an option to "correct errors and omissions". Click on that and you will see an option to update thumbnail. You don't need a high traffic rank. :)

As far as I know you have to be in Top 100,000 before the image spider visits you.

I don't think so ... my site is listed at 441,352 and the photo is up.
