Hi,

Having been PPC manager at a web retailer, I've applied to be a PPC executive at an SEM agency and have made it through to second interview, for which I need to do a 15 minute presentation in the form of a PPC Campaign Proposal for an online travel company.

I've never done this before, and although I can approach it how I like I'm unsure as to what such a thing would usually contain. I know there's some guys on here that work for agencies, so if anyone could give me a few tips and point me in the right direction I'd be eternally grateful! I know the lack of specifity doesn't help, but all I know is the site and budget? Any ideas? Thanks!

Perhaps as part of your presentation you could think about the types of holiday makers the travel company is after and therefore think about the types of keywords and destinantions that would be involved in the PPC campaign.

PPC is all about measurable statistics...so I would take a very well exposed example regarding an aspect of the online travel sector and work up a real life example of how you would manage this competitive sector so that you maximize the travel businesses revenue while holding down the cost of their PPC budget...seems like a logical approach...

Something like "las vegas travel" ... (if this travel agency covers this red hot niche)..

Good luck with your presentation and work prospects...PPC is going to continue to expand substantially over the next 5 years..

Thanks!

Bit rusty with it all, so at least it'll get me back into the swing of things...
