Hi,
I'm building an online store/site, my index pages comes up on yahoo, but no other pages, I have around 50 or so html page that describe each item/product there kind of like a gateway pages to each item.

I see the yahoo bot come to my site but never crawl these pages same with other bots apart from a couple of them.

the sales/gateway pages are html but my store is .php could that be the reason they dont get crawled because of the strange links like:
www.example.com/ShowCategory.php?CategoryID=4

only way they can get to the html link like
www.example.com/salespages/Theitem/ is by crawling the first link.

Should I create a site map that has a link to ever page/product?
Is it a good idea to put the site map link on ever page?

Should you submit only your domain to search engines or can you submit links like this: www.example.com/salespages/Theitem/

Thanks
Welshy
