What do you suppose the CTR is for No.1 in the SERPs?

That is definitely a tough one. Since some people think the first sponsored ad is sometimes #1, and others realize this and go to the true natural #1 ranking. Then also, all keywords and markets will vary.

I have held many #1 positions and can say it all varied. If you are asking what the percentage difference between being #1 or #2 for a specific term, I know there was a good article posted on these findings a while back around here.
