Does submitting my content to different " Article Banks " with an incoming link to my site helps my Search Engine Rankings.

Is there any limit the following things?

1. No of Article Submitted in 1 Resource
2. No of Resources used for 1 Article Submission

Submitting articles is a great way to build up link popularity, if they allow you to link back to your sites.

Remember its better to submit to 100 articles to 100 sites instead of submitting 100 articles to the same site.
