Generally big search engines will find all your sub-domains and their pages by following links. For eg: If you have linked your sub-domains from your main site and that site is crawled in Google, then it won't be long before Google finds your sub-domains.

Crawling is one thing and indexing is another. There's no guarantee your pages would appear in the SE even if it has been crawled.

Same follows for most of the important search engines like Yahoo, MSN, etc.

AFAICS, there should be no problem even if you submit your sub-domains to the search engines.

Thank you for your informations.

But all sub domain name will not link together such as individual webpage.

My major concern that search engine don't allow many sub domain submit to it. Then it will deny main domain name submission.

most search engine's treat subdomains as completely different domains.
Allthough the entire domain can get into trouble when you doing bad things in their eyes.

Make sure there is a link to the subdomains somewhere the crawlers can find and they will index each subdomain.
