Hi,
I'm new to SEO. I just wanted to find out how can I get started to get a full understanding of how to maximize my site's natural search results.

I just bought something from Brad Fallon [snip]. i hope what he teaches works. Has anyone used his product before?

He's referring you to the "inner sanctum" of webmasterworld. While most of the site is free, that part requires a paid subscription to view it.
