Refencing internal links

Is link.htm less ok than http://www.mysite.com/link.htm?

Within your own domain, Iam sure you can appreciate the convenience of referencing links this way, link.htm or topic/link.htm (without the [domain.com...] part), especially during development. But after the site is uploaded, will the SEs see this to be inadequate for the purpose of passing PR?

The simpler link will work just fine for search engines, and keeps your pages a little smaller.
