Question about ip addresses

I have 3 different websites with 3 different website names... All of them have different .com extenesion.

Also, all of them have the same ip address. Will that influence their page rank and the way they are indexed?

It's no problem at all.

The only thing, is that you should avoid heavy cross-linking between your sites as google may penalise this.

You suggest that it is better not to have any links beetwen them?

Simple cross-links between web site home pages should be fine. Interlinking between hundreds of pages deep within the site structure is more problematic, though.
