How long does it take each top SE to index submitted sites?

Anyone know of an up-to-date resource listing the top 10 or 20 search engines and their respective turnaround times for indexing web sites after the sites have been submitted?

I am not sure that there is an uptdate resource that shows the info that you are looking for.
