I actually don't use meta tags too much, I never did, whatsoever I'm really looking forward to get the things rolling with my biz, which is why any useful information, articles, topics, etc. that you can point me as an interesting/valuable information will be more than appreciated.
Thank you for you time.
Title Tags can help quite a bit. I'd put them on every page. Google seems to really like it when the Title Tag matches the title of the page and incoming links. Good combo.
Description Tags get used by some search engines, and might be used by google if your page comes up for a search where the terms don't appear on the page (like, a search for your domainname.com). This tag is a good chance to write your own info for search engines, but it often gets ignored.
Keyword Tags get spammed by so many people that they're not as useful anymore. However, they sometimes help, especially for uncommon things like missspellings. Don't repeat terms very much though.
A good point to note is to keep the title under 65 characters long, with the most important keyword placed in the beggining. I also suggest you avoid starting the title with your domain name.
