Any Labor Intensive work related to SEO

We have been doing a lot of work that are labor intensive repetitive out of India. To give an example a client of us wanted to buy Ad words for about 3000 keywords on Google. We wrote the ad copy, selected the keywords and then placed them on Google and now manage them. When it comes to SEO which areas can be done off shore that you think invovles lot of or mundane labor?

In my opinion, most of the tasks related to SEO could be outsourced to India. You mentioned only sending mundane repetitive work over to India, but you would be surprised how many knowledge workers India has.

Here are a just a few of the tasks you could outsource to India:

- Reciprocal link building
- Copy for new web pages
- Programming

The most important thing is to give clear direction to the people you are working with. If you can, try and get fixed bids for the work too.

As an alternative, you may consider sourcing some of this work to college students in the US. In my experience, they can produce great work at about the same price.
