body text in <noscript> tag

How seach engine would consider body text enclosed by noscript tag.

I have a site having article in the body but enclosed in the noscript tag. Would search engine be able to read the text? Or it will consider it as Spam technique.

Search engines read the text between noscript tags. Users with Javascript enabled browsers won't see it.
I think you can compare the noscript tag with alt attributes. If you have images off, the text in the alt attribute should describe the image.
Text between noscript tags should tell what's supposed to happen when scripting is enabled. If not, it's spam.

You need to have a reason to have the noscript tag. Is there script, for one? Is the article generated in JavaScript which requires you to have a noscript alternative? If you can't justify the noscript tag then it's spam. Google reminds us not to do anything we'd only do for a search engine.

It's worth noting out that the contents of a noscript tag are not treated well by search engine algorithms. Keywords there won't carry the same weight.

Thanks for your valuable suggestion. But how would the noscript tag be helpful for my site as a vistor point of view

One example could be that if you had a javascript drop menu full of links, you could use the <noscript> to put a link to the site map, or maybe a page that featured the links that were in the drop menu.

That way a visitor with javascript turned off could still navigate your site, even if they had an extra click here or there.
