Since I am creating a huge directory and will have bunch of links I was wondering if I use linkout scripts to link to sites on my pages.

For example, if I use mydomain.com/out.php?23 and if this goes to hisdomain.com is this considered outbond link for Search engines?
I dont want to have bunch of outbond links since i know that this is not good for PR.

Also, if i put only hisdomain.com but dont link it (mouse doesnt turn a hand and user can't click on it) would SE consider this as outbond link?

I would appreciate any answers!

Thanks in advance

the first question: not. But if your link will be like that mydomain.com/out.php?send=hisdomain.com it could be recognized as a link by Google.

the second question: not

Hi Tsuren,

thank you for the answer. My links are gonna be like mydomain.com/cgi-bin/out.cgi?23 something like that in the link, the destination url will not be mentioned. Therefore, I guess it is not considered outbondlink.

It is possible but it's seldom.
I have an axample but I am to lazy and greedy to help via stiky mail :) Rules forbid particular URLs so... just trust me. I cannot prove it.
