Search Engines in INDIA

Looking at SEO and SEM in India - have no clue what to do!

Could someone please let me know where I can find a list of the top trafficked search engines in India? I'm presuming the MSN and Google are up there? I've been sent a proposal from an Indian SEO company, which is very basic and focuses on them managing Google AdWords and taking a cut of the transactions. I appreciate that this isn't particularly sophisticated, but don't know how advanced SEO is over there.

Any advice would be great!

Well, its google here basically in India. Indiatimes, rediff are couple others which are used very FEW times but ultimately major search engine works here too.

SEO company should manage to get you top rankings in google, yahoo and other major search engines otherwise you can do yourself like adwords on google.com. Its easy than anything else
