why out of search results

I lounch my site ~~~.com about 3 month ago.
Submited it. Making link developing.
But it does not appear in msn, yahoo, AltaVista, lycos search result.

It is fine in google.
In the site logs I saw the msn bots.

They are wainting me to pay to yahoo and msn to be listed? %)

They will find you eventually and include you in the index. Just make sure you're linked to from sites that you know for sure are in their index.
