Good offline magazine

that covers Search Engine topics

Hello,

Not sure if this is the right forum. I am looking for a good print magazine that covers Search Engine and general web topics. Any suggestions?

Just found this Searcher magazine from Information Today. Anyone've heard if it is any good?

Just to give an analogy, I prefer Harvard Business Review to Money ;)

From time to time the STC magazine has info on Search Engines. However, I consider most of it to be pretty basic or behind the times - that might be because I am an avid WW reader and researcher and you can't get any more recent information than one hour ago.

The STC magazine does have many good articles on a variety of topics, plus you get the benefit of being an STC member.

British magz are a bit pricey :)
Not sure I want to pay some $150 for a magazine right now.

It's a real print mag. with all kinds of good info on search engines, internet marketing trends etc...

You can apply for a free subscription.

I'm not associated with the company, other than reading the mag.

I like internet retailer as well. You actually might want to look at the direct marketing mags. They are really starting to push out alot of information about internet marketing (which includes SEM/SEO).

hannamyluv, can you name a couple of good Direct Marketing magazines? Preferrably with strong analytical articles - as oppose to "paid ad" articles, "mumbo-jumbo about hyped topic" articles, "me just learned what SEO means" articles or "interview with field 'experts'" articles and such.

A new one that's just out is Revenue Magazine. Not really specific to SEO/SEM, but is "the internet affiliate marketing standard". I have to say that the last issue I've seen was pretty good.
