I've seen this many times, the same website has 2 search results one next to the other, the 2nd one being slighly indented.

is this by change or is this yet another seo skill? if so, what's it called and threads on it?

The second, indented listing is just another page on the site that's found to be highly relevant for the search term.

>>is this yet another seo skill?

Sure, it can often be by chance but there are things to do in seo to encourage indented listings.

There are threads on it in our Google News forum, but I don't recall any very recently. You might want to start a thread and ask the question to get some tips; it's a good topic.

I try very hard to get these. I think they're worth a lot.

I generally see when I have a category page like widgets and a page below that wooden widgets. A search on wooden widgets will often show the indented entry. The category page with a Higher PR and wooden somewhere in the page shows up first, with the sub page with wooden in the page often but a lower PR and lower in the site structure shows up second. Not sure how much on page and off page effects it, I generally have a few offsite links to my category pages very rare for sub cat pages.
