Hi,

I am doing SER for a customer of mine. A few months ago he was ranked 3rd for his keyword he wanted. He was quite happy. Now he is on page 19 for the same keyword. I did not modify anything before the fall started to happen. I did re-submit every month or 2.

His site is [snip] and the keyword he wants to be ranked high under is [snip 2 word phrase].

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jerry

I had the same thing happen with one of my sites, went form first in Google to nowhere for main KW's, stayed up in Yahoo and MSN though. I changed content on every page of the site and added the top KW's a few more times and solicited a few more backlinks. As of now the site is back to a PR3 and is back to about position 20 on Google and climbing.

I heard that Google is putting new sites in an incubator and (with good backlinks) they rank well after being released from the incubator but then drop back. There might be a thread on this in the google forum.
