Hi

The recent changes with SiteMatch have left me feeling slightly confused. We have just launched a US site and i don't know how to get spidered by any engines other than google anymore.

Can you get into msn, yahoo and altavista without submitting to site match and if so how?

thanks

Each has their own free submit URLs available. However, as many will tell you here, solid Link Popularity and Reputation will get you on a regular spidering schedule from the majors.

Inktomi got greedy and Microsoft's Bcentral pulled the plug on them. GOOD! Inktomi was great until they got greedy and started losing major accounts.

Yes, I also have a dilemna with Google vs everyone else.

It seems that Google is the most advance and the best handling dynamic URLs, but Site Match is a little expensive with their 30 cents per click.

I think most search engines will follow google's SE model.
