do the size of a page effect the serps?

hi all,
i have a good ranking of my site in variuos search engines and i noticed that whenever i search for some famous keywords of business portals,

the sites that are listed at higher rank than my webpage are less in terms of size and difference is more than 20k. my pages hinge around 50-60k.

do this difference in size of a webpage makes any difference in ranking of the webpage at SE?
