Using H1 tags first then H2 and H3 tags after.
We also make sure that the first sentence of the first paragraph has the keywords in it as close to the beginning of the sentence as possible, along with one or two more times in the paragraph depending on the length of the paragraph {at the beginning, in the middle, and at the end} if possible. We do this with the first paragraph for each heading. If there are multiple paragraphs under each heading then we also take advantage of that. Of course you don’t want to be caught stuffing each paragraph. Just make it flow the best you can and try to look and sound natural. I think you will find what I mentioned above helps.
Don’t forget that content is just part of optimization. {Meta Tags, links, number of pages, ect.}
these actions can be made by anyone.Is there some special methods for me.Is that ok when finish what you said?
True everything we do others can do, but the truth is they don't do it. Its like baking a pie, a whole bunch of ingredients are added, but if you leave out just that pinch of salt it doesn't taste the same. Don't force the writing for the se, but rather keep it focused on your site visitor. Tell them about all your great benefits in their language. Link textually to your important secondary pages, and do a linking campaign and you will be on your way.
Themed web sites basically offer general content on the primary layers and more exact content on the depper layers. Search around the forums, I recall both Brett and one of the mods here in the SEP forum as having some coverage on these topics in the past.
Knowing that this strays a bit from your initial post... I believe that the reason themes will help you to develop a more optimized site is because the engines will learn that your site is deep, informative and unique. If no one else features the amount of content you do in such an organized fashion -- why wouldn't the engines like your site?
Long story short, I feel that the engines want to promote informative and unique resources that people can put to use. It is no longer a game ruled by those who have the magic combination of text, tags and attributes.
Of course, that's just my take on it -- And I'm not saying that's the best approach for you. I just know it can work extremely well.
