3 Most relevant facts to consider in Optimization

What are the 3 most relevant factors in Optimization to get a good position in major SE today (Google, Yahoo and .... (what is the 3rd for you?)

In my opinion (and correct me if I'm wrong please)

1) Solid PR and incoming links from quality related sites
2) Relevant Content, specially text
3) Anchor texts

PR don't mean much anymore. I have a site with PR of 7 and it still doesn't do very well.

I must say I've seen many medium pr sites ranked #1... so perhaps is not SO important...

which would be that ...

every 30 days or so "g" will hit the "99% proof" and it all goes out tha winda ...!

Because to many webmasters are still looking in the past. :)

I have higher PR then most other sites that rank good on my keyword and they rank better then me. I would also add that not all sites ranking number one have the highest PR.
