Are SEO Tools White Hat?

Could anyone tell me if tools [like..] are white hat or black hat because I would like something to make SEO easier, but I for sure have no interest in getting in trouble with google. I thank you in advance for your help.

My 2 cents... SEO is a manual process.... needs to be done by ..uhh hand i guess is the term...

sure you can use some find and replace tools like in DW or via Wordpad...

plus if im not mistaken, more SEs are becoming hip to automated processes versus ethical manual updates..

keep it real.

Them are words of an SEO'r with the scares to prove it.

jpwjewelry--wonder what your trying to optimize for ;)--automated tools lack the ability to identify quality factors and so simply don't work.
