Would the search engines index these as different pages?

http://www.example.com/products/display.php?pd=1
http://www.example.com/products/display.php?pd=2
http://www.example.com/products/display.php?pd=3
http://www.example.com/products/display.php?pd=4
http://www.example.com/products/display.php?pd=5

If not, is there a way to have them indexed as such? I'm adding a couple of hundred different variations of a customized product, and I know that the more pages your site has, the better.

Just ensure a few links from static pages point to these URL's for better indexing

These are different pages.
If you have the same content on these pages then you will have some issues in duplication, but they are still different pages.

As stated previously, seen as different pages and would be best linked to individually in your site map for affective spidering.
