Keyword Strategy for Entire Site

Keyword strategy website vs webpage

Hi everyone

I had a search but could not find anything specifically answering my query...

I have done my keyword research and there are TEN different keywords / keyword phrases that I wish to target with my website.

Is it best to :

A. target ALL TEN keywords on each page (or aim to target as many as reasonably possible) for each new page, or

B. for each NEW page should I select just 1, 2 or 3 keywords to target for that page?

So far my strategy has been (A) - to target as many of my 10 possible keywords on each page.

Suggestions and advice very much appreciated.

LaraJane, I think you'd be better off targeting each page to a different phrase. You may be able to rank for a few phrases with your home page, but that depends on how competitive your niche is.
