Please Help , How to notify google of title change in website

Hi All,

I changed TITLE tag of my site a week ago. But Google is still showing the old title in search results. How long it would take for Google to capture the new TITLE?

Also is there some mechanism by which I can notify Google of the TITLE tag change?

In my opinion it would take long to be notified by google when ever it will review that page again. for quick notification try contacting google webmaster via google webmaster tools. It would help.

I'd update the sitemap.xml with your page update date
