I own a mens entertainment site [<snip>] and even though we've got a lot of articles, fully unique and a lot of backlinks from high quality related sites we just have around 200 indexed pages at the moment. We're constantly linked from other high authority sites and social bookmarking sites and even though all that happens our pages are still NOT indexed. We've got around 36,000 inlinks at the moment.

We haven't passed over 210 indexed pages for at least 2 months and in Yahoo we have over 1500 indexed pages. That's probably the number of pages that should've been indexed in Google too. The site is over 6 months old, we've got sitemap there too, no errors but we're not getting indexed as we would like.

So the situation is like this:
We have over 36,000 backlinks via Yahoo
Google Inlinks: over 230
No indexing errors in Google Webmaster Tools
Unique content, frequently updated
Each day we get 3-4 backlinks from high authority sites in our niche

BUT the site won't be indexed. Any help it's highly appreciated.

It's a bit frustrating and odd in the same time. Any suggestions?

That does sound a little fishy.

You mentioned that you're getting a lot of links on a regular basis. Do these links point directly to the article pages? And if so, are those articles indexed?
