use one/two words in a different language

Please advise,

I get very low traffic.
I did some research into popular words used in search engines, and found that there were one or two in a different language. These words were popular, but when I did a search for these words in google, only a few websites come up. So, Can I somehow add these words to the body of a page(on my site), then include them in the keywords section. Will I get more traffic through google, because fewer websites are returned through these popular word searches.

Is it ok to do this?

I'm not sure that I understand what you are planning. Do you have a page with a text in one language and do you then plan to mix two irrelevant words from another languge into that text just for the hope of attracting visitors who have searched for those words?

I doubt that such a plan would work. If I were to search a Danish word and the search engine showed me a page in English I would not visit that page. Why should I?
