Hi !
I've read a lot about positioning text content all the way up, almost just after the BODY tag.
Thus my navigation bar loads along with footer, but is positioned at top using absolute CSS property.

My question: I have a very important keyword(s) in my navigation bar, will their importance drop if using described technique?
Because to a GoogleBot it will look as these buttons are placed at the very bottom :o

Experiences, advices? :)

you could start by trolling through some of the previous WebmasterWorld threads on the subject:
site:webmasterworld.com source ordered content [google.com]

don't tell everybody.

some call it "front loaded" rather than "source ordered".

phranque's suggestion is spot on... but if the page content is short or less than short it makes no difference. (IE., product descriptions et al.) The total content is so light that the keyword in nav gets a bite anyway. That's where frequency v content comes into play.
