Question 1: Let’s say my domain is www.homesforsale.com and I want to target the keyword “homes for sale” and then the specific city where I’m showing listings (Boston homes, new York homes, Atlanta homes) etc.

Example 1: www.homesforsale.com/homes-for-sale-boston-homes.html
www.homesforsale.com/homes-for-sale-atlanta-homes.html
www.homesforsale.com/homes-for-sale-new-york-homes.html

would this be the best way to incorporate keywords or should I do it this way:

Example 2: www.homesforsale.com/boston-homes.html
www.homesforsale.com/atlanta-homes.html

Question 2. If I want to target the keyword “Boston motorcycle” and that domain (www.bostonmotorcycle.com/net/org/etc) isn’t available is it better to buy the domain www.bostonmotorcycles.com or to go with www.mybostonmotorcycle.com or some other random prefix.

Which is best if I just want to target the term “boston motorcycle” not “boston motorcycles”?

All of the examples, keywords and domains in the above examples are made up. Thank very much for your advice and suggestions.

1) The second option is better as there is no need for repetition.
2) You can go with either of them. Don't get obsessed about domain names so much. Although it is good to have keyword rich domain name, it is not a necessity. But have your pages named according to the keywords and separate them with hyphens.
